My wife and I purchase a condo in Wells, ME. Our buyers agent is/was Julie Grady. She was so helpful to us to guide us through the process. We had a few bumps in the road in the process, no fault of Julie's, but she was open, honest, and worked hard to get answers and kept us in the loop through every step. We appreciated her super quick response to all of our questions and was a wealth of information. She was direct, patient and went to bat to help get what was best for us in the process. In the future if we sell and look to upgrade we will not hesitate to call Julie and I would recommend Julie to anyone looking for a realtor in that area.
