everyone there from the receptionist to the physicians assistant to the doctors is super nice. They also seem really good at their jobs. My PA Joshua Wood is a super nice guy and very thorough. A+

Many thanks to Dr Shannon Stewart and doctor Wheeler for taking excellent care of me during my time of need. Sometimes it gets very busy here (and rightfully so with all of these caring and expert doctors and nurses), I can clearly see the wonderful women working behind the front desk are always attentive and doing their best to keep up with the more popular times to have appointments...while keeping in mind that patience is a virtue :-)

Was in danforth at east grand lake. Came down with a weird rash. Had a bad feeling on Sunday. Called katahdin valley health center Sunday morning about coming in to have it checked out. They said the earlier the better. Had great service, diagnosis with shingles. Explained the situation prescribed a medication. Had it filled at houlton hannaford. Because thet took my insurance. It definitely saved our vacation at east grand lake. I highly recommend this facility if you need medical help. I was from out of town. Thank you for saving our vacation katahdin valley health center and Houlton Hannaford!
