I just saw Shane for the first time yesterday and omg I am so impressed. We did a complete transformation on my hair. I had been turquois/green blue for about a year and I was ready for a change. She taught me how to deal with my natural hair type and I was just blown away by the results. I will let the pictures speak for themselves! I highly recommend! She has 30 years experience, so you wont get your hair screwed up :) (unfortunantly thats happened at another salon since I moved to Maine). So from now on, we are going to Shane! And btw the owner brings her beautiful lab mix! shes the sweetest girl that loves head pats and a great receptionist! unfortunantly it wont allow me to upload my pics, but trust me. I came up from Florida for my father’s funeral service, and had been wanting a piece for my dad, I looked up places in the area and loved the work from this shop. They were booked solid, but I messaged them anyways and they fit me in since I was only here a couple days. The tattoo means so much being my dad’s signature and getting it here when he was born and raised meant even more. Everyone in the shop was so nice and she did an amazing job, I hope to come back soon for more.

When I tried to start our propane heater this October, I couldn't get the pilot light to stay lit. I called the DR service department and they scheduled a repair tech to arrive two days later. Upon his arrival, the tech was able to start the furnace without making any changes to the system. Apparently, there had been some air in the propane line from the summer layoff. They initially sent me an invoice for $142. But when I complained about the cost for the "repair", the service manager agreed to only charge for half the cost of the visit. It has been my experience that DR is always reasonable like that. Their technicians arrive on time and appointments are made in a very timely fashion.
