The Modular comes from Pennsylvania nowadays, so you’re at the mercy of that builder. Other than some site work, everything is subcontractors. Absolutely been crickets with us for any kind of service of something that’s gone wrong after the sale, no communication. The subs get it done to get paid, but very very disappointing after the sale….. No support from So Me Mod on this other than I notified the sub, no follow up. So be aware you’ll be on your own.

We had a smooth, stress free experience from start to finish. From designing the layout of the house with Deanna who gave us great ideas and kept us updated each step along the way to completion, and Ronnie and Casey who have always been accessible and answered any questions we had in a timely manner. We would recommend Southern Maine Modular to anyone interested in building a home.

love southern maine modular the employees and everyone we worked with was amazing and so helpful even after we moved in. The day my family and I choose to move we will be building again with them. 10 out of 10 would recommend these guys to build your house. Casey will find you land Deanna will help you design the inside and give you amazing tips and Ronnie will be there while work is being done and is very helpful with questions as it's being built to be they really made buildingour home stress-free they handled everything. Thank you guys for an amazing experience and our dream home.
