good customer service to thier clients

Training department allows students to harass their trainers with no recourse for trainers. My student wouldn't listen to anything I said, even had a preventable accident and still employed here. Update, I had a trainee swear at me and training coordinator said he couldn't fire him for that. After this, I swore at training coordinator and was immediately fired. Bad company!
