I worked with Greg on my condo inspection and he was extremely helpful and upfront. He stayed to explain things to me even after my realtor had to leave. He made sure I understood everything in his report. Highly recommend!

I had the opportunity to work with Greg from Inspect Maine last week. This being my first time purchasing a home and with my family living elsewhere, I was thankful to have someone so knowledgeable and in my court to help me weigh the pros and cons of the property. I found Greg to be super knowledgeable and easy to talk to throughout the process. He was patient with my questions and talked me through what he would fix in the home. I received the test and inspection report back quickly, it was detailed and easy to read.
