My mom and I have had Dead River for over 20 years. Not once have they ever let us run out of oil. When our system broke down, frozen pipes, no hot water, they were there the same day and several times in the A.M. The girls in the Hallowell office are so kind to my mom and I! I've had an account with Dead River for 6 1/2 years and have been very pleased with the service I've received from them. Very prompt - even when emergencies occur on weekends or holidays. Techs are professional, courteous and patient when answering my questions and helping me to understand what caused an issue necessitating the service call. I'm a very satisfied customer.
