I had Chamberlain out to fix my Samsung TV. He was professional, prompt and very knowledgeable. I am impressed and thankful that he was able to fix my tv the same day. Great service and would highly recommend. Please give him a raise and praise. This is how all repair technicians should be.
Our Samsung tv had an issue and after a conversation with Samsung they scheduled a technician from ME/NH computer repair in Gray Maine to fix the problem.Chadwick was prompt and exceptionally courteous. I found him to be very knowledgeable and he was able to fix the problem. We experienced a level of customer service that is rare these days. Well done Samsung!
The fine people in the loading area were very kind to show me the ropes when sending someone their grocery order. I was very impressed with how patient they were, given I had never delivered here before.
