I had an excellent experience with Maine New Hampshire Computer Services (MNCS)! They truly exceeded my expectations with their genuine care and prompt service. When I called about my television issue, they asked detailed questions to understand the problem and offered quick home check solutions. What impressed me most was their flexibility. They had an earlier service slot available and called to see if I could accommodate it, which worked perfectly for me.

I had Chamberlain out to fix my Samsung TV. He was professional, prompt and very knowledgeable. I am impressed and thankful that he was able to fix my tv the same day. Great service and would highly recommend. Please give him a raise and praise. This is how all repair technicians should be.

Our Samsung tv had an issue and after a conversation with Samsung they scheduled a technician from ME/NH computer repair in Gray Maine to fix the problem.Chadwick was prompt and exceptionally courteous. I found him to be very knowledgeable and he was able to fix the problem. We experienced a level of customer service that is rare these days. Well done Samsung!
