As previously said on provider email service rating request, where I rated them 7/10 after only my 2nd appointment with this veterinarian: I am cautious with stars/number rating since I've not been impressed by another brick-mortar provider as a new pet parent of 2 fur ball loves. This practice is a good 30 minutes drive away and this factor alone can be most stressful to the "kids" and pet cat mom, especially when both serenaded me loudly the entire ride there! Anyway, the visit succeeded better than I had expected - my girls behaved beautifully, all got done with no fur flying, escapes, or anything else untoward happening. Dr Filler is great. She always makes sure my cats are comfortable with what's going on and answers all my questions. She even calls to check on us at home sometimes after! Julia the tech is great with them all too ?
Informative and helpful doctors, they are always willing to get you in when you need it. Only reason they are 4 and not 5 stars is they are much higher priced than any other vet I've used in the past.
