Michelle was amazing! She spent time and care when talking about how to approach my haircut and listened to my input regarding how my hair is and what I wanted. Aside from her obvious skill as a hairstylist, I could tell she had an artistic, intuitive and analytical approach to her craft.After not having had a professional haircut since 2016 due to several disappointing results from stylists who said they knew how to cut my very thick, very curly hair (but didn't), I was a little apprehensive about going to someone.
