“Thirteen of us spent a few days in Maine for a girls weekend. To commemorate a fun weekend, seven of us decided to get tattoos. I reached out to Steve explaining what everyone wanted with as much details as possible. Steve loved the idea of a group tattoo and was excited to tattoo all of us. We got to the shop and he had the stencils already drawn with a few other ideas. He even went as far as offering great advice on placement and design of tattoos.

“I was recommended to Ryan by an acquaintance whose advice I would not normally follow and I must say that, for once, I'm so glad that I did. The appointment that I booked was for my mother and I to get matching tattoos behind our ears as a (delayed) Christmas present. The booking process was easy, quick, and his Melissa (his assistant) was both quick to respond and beyond on top of following up. The location itself is very easy to access and has the luxury of a parking lot which, as someone who has regularly fought for parking in the city, took a large amount of stress out of the whole process. We arrived and were immediately greeted by Ryan who was both warm and exceptionally well-dressed. He showed us his concept art and, when I requested a slight alteration to make it a bit smaller, very quickly made changes to accommodate my wants and was off to work. Ryan was quick, light handed, and offered a calming presence for my mother who quickly realized we had essentially graduated to getting neck tattoos. I personally was a huge fan of his musical offerings and, if I may say so, the man has a lovely singing voice. This was perhaps my favorite part.All in all, I look forward to booking another appointment with Ryan, and would recommend anyone looking to get work done in the area (or even from away!) to do the same. He was kind, witty, and patient (which was key here as mom and I can be a bit rowdy.)
