I went into Tulips about a month ago as my daughter is a regular customer. I ended up having my eyebrows threaded. It is 1000% better than having them waxed.. My eyebrows look the best they ever have looked before. The owner is so nice and such a hard -worker. I will be a continued customer on a go forward.

I needed an old walkway replaced, but I wasn’t sure what I wanted. Chris was quick to respond, friendly, and knowledgeable. He had great ideas and was quick to execute them. His employees were so nice and I can’t get over how quickly it all got done. My new walkway is beautiful and so perfectly done. Working with Christopher and his team was a pleasure. I would highly recommend them.

Since Ed Dunn was never a Gilbert Homes customer, it's hard to tell how accurate his account is, but I'd like to address this anyway. If I knew who the customer is it would make it a little easier to respond.Like many builders, we hire Quality Insulation to take care of all of our insulation needs. They use the proper baffles to insure that the eave vents don't get clogged. If we were aware that a mistake was made, Quality Ins. would fix it at no cost to us.Northeastern General Contractors does all of our ground work and they have an excellent reputation. If a boulder was against the foundation, they wouldn't be able to remove the wooden forms. Also, the code enforcement officer inspects the foundation before it's back filled. He wouldn't pass it if it was wrong. Did you dig up the foundation and see a boulder? For the leach field, I don't know which house you're talking about, but if it was done wrong Northeastern would fix it for us an no charge to Gilbert Homes.The only Facebook post taken down (to my knowledge) was a complaint from a person renting an apartment from Gilbert Properties, which is NOT Gilbert Homes.Gilbert Homes has an excellent BBB rating.

We had a serious problem with some of our GFCI outlets and Leon took the time to fully understand the issue and our objectives. He found a creative way to solve the problem that perfectly met our needs; and he was prompt, professional and reasonably priced. I've been taking my dog here every 2 months for over 5 years. I can't think of a single negative thing to say! Beth runs a clean, friendly, and efficient business. The dog always looks great after his grooming. He gets a shampoo, haircut, nails, ears done. Her rates are very reasonable. Cash or check only-- not a problem for me.

We used Warren B for what we thought was going to be a simple job. Turned out we had so much rotten wood. The job turned out to be a lot more than we thought. Warren B was amazing. Had the job done in three days. We felt so comfortable with her that we left our home open to her while we were at work. She even took our dogs out to pee!! And gave them fresh water!! Her work is meticulous. Her knowledge and recommendations about what to do with our specific issue blew us away! She’s extremely knowledgeable and saved us money too! I was looking for a master plumber to repair the drain and attachment on my farmers sink which had only been installed 13 years ago by another plumber. He was prompt , arriving at precisely the time he gave me, and professional. He truly is excellent at his trade. It was problematic and the farmer sink is thick so he modified a drain that would fit but he had to use tap and die it so the drain would work. I was very happy. Bunny was meticulous and fun at the same time. I need to go back or call because I neglected to ask Bunny about aftercare. When can I wash my hair again and is my regular shampoo ok to use? Davey Tree provided amazing work for The Center for Grieving Children! They were timely, professional, responsive, and focused on customer service.
During a storm, large tree limbs fell on the playhouse in our back garden area. Chris was so pleasant when he came to give a quote, and the crew who came to remove the limbs were also wonderful to speak with. While here, they not only removed the large tree limbs, but they also removed a couple of dying juniper trees and cut back branches to open up a previously unusable parking spot! We had anticipated tackling that project at another time and were not expecting the team to take care of those items that day, but they did, with equal professionalism and care, going above and beyond our expectations.

I've meant to leave a review for awhile and just happened to remember today. I've been seeing this vet since approximately 2018 and they have always been able to see my animals in a timely manner and provided great care. I started seeing them first when I got my cockatiel who was quite the troublemaker, getting himself hurt several times. Though some of this was due to my own inexperience they were always able to get me in for emergency appointments promptly and made sure he got proper care. They took my calls quickly and always got me in quickly even sometimes sneaking me in only an hour after i called or taking me after hours. I later brought in my guinea pigs who were experiencing skin mites, I regret not bringing them in sooner. Dr. Mulski saw them and although she came off a little rude at first I quickly learned she is very enthusiastic about your pets wellbeing. I saw true excitement in the vet and vet techs as they saw them improve and that truly means alot. I also started bringing my cat to them. Their prices are very reasonable especially compared to some of the nightmare charges Ive gotten with past vets. Even with overnight care Ive never feared breaking the bank with them and they have always showed true compassion for my pets. I just brought my kitty in a few weeks ago for some concern about asthma. They suggested quite a few tests that Im glad i signed off on as they caught a thyroid issue early that we may not have caught otherwise. Dr. Niedermeyer also sat down with me and explained his xrays and test results in detail which im very thankful for. Both vets here are great and really care along with the rest of the staff. I wish I had started seeing them sooner as they have truly helped my pets and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vet.

Our experience with a major renovation by Great Falls Construction of Gorham, ME, was better than we ever dreamed possible. All who witnessed the progress of the work have commented that they have never seen a construction project that progressed so quickly and efficiently. They used expressions like: “really went up fast!”, “quiet and considerate of neighbours”, “were hard at work every single day,” “produced very little scrap or waste material”, “couldn’t believe it was finished before summer”. We ourselves were amazed at the depth of GFC crews and their ability to have multiple teams working efficiently and in parallel much of the time, to the point where we could hardly keep up, even though as remote owners, we had three security cameras trained on the project from neighbouring homes throughout.
Great Falls won our job by being proactive and ready to proceed immediately, unlike other contractors from whom we had bids. The estimating team were helpful with permitting, engineering approvals, and insurance. They quickly submitted an estimate that was accurate in the long run, and they beat their initial schedule estimate by 2-3 months, holding strictly to the day, once they had a fully developed schedule. We have done multiple home construction and renovation projects and never have seen better performance. The project manager assisted us capably with allowances vs. expenditures throughout the project, so we were able to come out even considering puts and takes.
The entire Great Falls project management team were a pleasure to work with, being communicative and flexible with trades or issues throughout the project. Their attention to detail was excellent and much appreciated, considering we could not be present more often that monthly for most of the project. As the project neared completion, we were able to visit freely and most issues were taken care of in real time. A short punch list was developed and worked expeditiously. Only one item had to be reordered with any appreciable delivery delay, and it was installed efficiently when available. Vendors or subs were called in as required and provided quick adjustments in the case of Andersen windows, closet/cabinet fit and finish, and stair rail alignments. The lawn was reestablished almost instantly, amazing everyone who witnessed that.
Again, our experience with Great Falls exceeded all expectations by a wide margin and demonstrated that a major rebuilding of an existing home can be done in an essentially painless, pleasurable, and satisfying way, even with remote owners
