“If not for a poor install and arrogance of the installer we would never have met Craig. This man went out of his way to make sure the heatpump worked as designed. Vacuum lines were replaced and coil replaced. He followed the warantee and brought the parts needed. It was very cold and the outdoor unit was rebuilt in his truck, reinstalled and we are warm. “It was a cold and windy day but Andrew and Anthony (I believe those were their names) did a great job! They installed a Fujitsu HP in the place of an older Daikin HP so more efficient in Maine's cold weather. They relocated the Daikin to the basement. The electrician Bill came early so everything ready for the installers. They also did a great job cleaning up! Office personnel also great to work with...Kim and Joelle (sp?). We also use MAC HP for our annual HP cleanings. Also thanks to Sam (sales) who helped us choose the best unit for our needs. Great working with everyone at MAC HP!“
