I went to have my taxes done by Kyle on 3/27/24. Gave him all my information and before I left asked him how much would it be. He said anywhere from $250 -$500 at the most. On 4/08/24 I got a call from him stating that my taxes should be done by 4/10/24 or maybe earlier and I asked Kyle how much will I have to pay? He said the system is showing $400. I received an emailed on 4/09/24 saying my taxes were done and to come pick them up before 630. I called the office talk to Gail to let her know I was on my way and how much did I owe? I’ve been doing my taxes here for a few years very good experiences up until this year, have been quoted 2 different prices and couldn’t get a straight forward answer as to why the difference, go somewhere else save yourself the head ache
