My cat was at end of life. At 18 1/2 years old, he had slowed down and was no longer eating. He was struggling and we took him in to PetMedic in Freeport as our regular vet didn’t have any same day appointments. The staff was kind and supportive, and were incredibly respectful as we needed to make decisions about end of life care. A huge thank you to the team who offered amazing comfort at such a difficult time. Highly recommend.
This Vet Clinic impressed us so much. They were very professional and showed the upmost compassion towards my family and our beloved cat Spazz. Thank you for making this extremely hard day a little easier. ♥️
My cat doesn’t have any paperwork and I had never taken her to a vet. I got her from my mom who took her in as a stray and she’s been seemingly healthy until now. She came down with a pretty nasty ear infection and I was looking around for a regular vet with no luck. I found PetMed and it seemed pretty promising, although I was worried about inflated prices due to it being an urgent care vs a primary vet office. Booking the appointment was very easy. They do same day, next day, and even walk ins. I spent less than a minute in the waiting room.
