Great experience for the dogs. They came back in good spirits and well balanced. Also Brown Dog Inn was able to keep them a few extra days when we fell ill and could not get back home on the original schedule. Awesome service!

My 7 month old rescue pup and I took the Foundations 1 class.It was wonderful and helped us so much! We learned lots of practical and helpful tools to build on. Terri is a great teacher and personalizes the lessons to meet individual challenges and needs.
10/10!! I would absolutely recommend this company for any plumbing project needed, and we will certainly be using them again in the future. When our broken tub dial turned into a bigger problem than we all had anticipated, Caleb stayed way past regular working hours to finish the job in one day for us. Not only was he professional, he was extremely nice too! He was kind to my dogs ( who followed him around ?), and he cleaned up so well after the work was done. Our tub is now working great and we plan on calling this company again for our future bathroom renovation. Thank you Caleb and the team at Bob Miles and Son!!!

He’s always gracious and doesn’t shame you about missed appointments or needing to reschedule. Dr Hendricks is clearly knowledgeable in so many areas on so many levels and is very conversational.My body responds very well to the adjustments.
I am beyond grateful that I began working with Shondra. My skin has changed significantly since working with her! Are used to have cystic breakouts on a regular basis throughout my entire life and now they rarely happen. She is extremely knowledgeable about skin care products but also doesn’t try to sell you what you don’t need. I came in to get my hair touched up, I do half platinum blonde on one half, my natural hair is very dark. Eva was able to get it to the exact silver I wanted on the first try… I was amazed. I also wasn’t sure on a few hair styling routines and Eva and Brooke were so helpful and knowledgeable on how I should care for it and maintain my silver. They were polite and thoughtful and on top of it all took me in, in possibly the very last minute. I am so grateful to now have beautiful hair for my Florida trip. Excellent experience! This was my first time here, I was greeted promptly upon entry by a very friendly person behind the desk. I was there for a full eye exam (eye health as well as a new lens prescription). The tech I had wasn't unfriendly, but efficient and nice, but no small talk--totally fine, I was happy to rest my voice (some people say I talk too much anyway). After a few different rooms, machines, flashing lights and reading wall charts I waited to see my doctor. Dr. Young was my doctor this past visit and I couldn't have been more pleased with her clear, caring, and thoughtful approach. Thorough, but not at the cost of being careful. I was provided my perscription and (like any good museum), walked out through the "gift shop". I enjoyed the browsing and found a few frames that were to my liking. I didn't purchase anything on this visit--I'm shopping around since I have two good frames at the moment that just need lenses. But the sales person/optometrist was knowledgable and nice. A few dings for me on the retail part of the operation: I was surprised that pupillary distance was measured by putting a dot on the glasses with a lens pen--I feel that there are better ways than this in 2024 but I'm no ophthalmologist or optometrist. I did feel as though they were a little hot on the "selling" portion of the business. I wouldn't say I ever felt pressured, but I won't say that I didn't feel any pressure either. On the positive side, they had a huge selection of frames. Your standard Luxottica brands (Oakley, Ray-Ban, etc.), but also others. And a small selection of Maine-based frame companies! All in all, slight oddities on the retail side aside, I still feel that this is a 5-star establishment (maybe 4.5 stars, 'cuz who's perfect?!). I look forward to going again.
