The eye drs are great and I am very happy with how they treat myself & my 5 year old. The optometrist we had was another story. We had a later appointment and she was very vocal about not wanting to help us get our glasses because she was leaving in 10 minutes. Told me we should come back another day. I explained I couldn't and picked a pair of glasses quickly. She then said I had an issue with my insurance and I needed to deal with it. So I called my insurance and got it straightened out. She never said anything about being on vacation but when I called the next day I was told I had to wait till she was back from vacation in 1.5 weeks to order. I had to wait for her....read full review
