We purchased a heat pump hot water heater at Home Depot, but we needed it installed. Home Depot gave us a list of a few plumbers in our area and I filled out an online questionnaire of what we needed. Within a half hour Mark from A-1 called. We had our heater delivered the following week on Wednesday and Mark was here Thursday morning. Unfortunately, we needed a 220 box added for the electricity needed. I was able to get an electician on Friday. Mark and Brian returned the following Wednesday and completed the job. They both were very nice, got right to work and got the job done quickly. Absolutely the best experience I’ve had with a heating/plumbing company. Was able to solve my problem without any issues, and was very knowledgeable and personable. Will definitely use this company again for any future plumbing/heating concerns.
