I was charged for 18 hours on my small beach house at $60 per hour! Predatory pricing and obviously 15 min clean and 45 min break every hour! I would strongly NOT USE THESE PEOPLE RIP OFF!

I finally split ways with this service after about three years. Let's first be clear about the type of customer i am: 1) i tip housecleaners lots; 2) pre-clean, especially the bathrooms; and 3) i am always kind to people working at my house, because that is how i roll. I stopped using them for two reasons: 1. THE OWNER IS TERRIBLE: i interacted with the owner twice. The first time was a few days after i wrote a lengthily and sparkling recommendation they needed to use for potential clients. It was a holiday (i cant remember which), and in came the barrage of emails about past due payment for one and a half cleanings. I simply made a mistake on my autopay thing, but... read full review

As an owner of an apartment building, I need apartments cleaned when tenants move out. Last week I contacted Sparking Clean for the first time. The apartment was being painted and needed a good scrubbing by Saturday of that week. Right from the beginning I knew I was in good hands. Caitlin, the business manager has a great phone presence and said she would see what she could do. She called back to say that 2 people could do the job on Friday afternoon. We went through the details of what needed attention and she told me to call her if anything was not up to my standard.
