This is the BEST veterinary clinic I've ever had the privilege of having. Once my dog realized that she was actually loved by the doctors and staff she was not anxious. First time in visiting many clinics. Every doctor is top notch here. They are not only the best professionally they actually care about the animals. AND they are reasonably priced. I know when I'm being gouged and they never tried to get me to purchase something that wasn't in my pets best interest. Eventually I had to sadly bring my geriatric dog for her last visit about a month ago. They were so loving and amazing and made a very difficult time as smooth as possible for myself and my precious dog who never suffered and was peaceful till the end. I can't thank them enough. I will drive 45 minutes to this clinic past many others, because I want the BEST when I get my new dog.
I brought Laredo here for many years. We saw Dr. O’Hara, who was always kind and gentle with my very scared dog. The quality of care was excellent and Dr. O’Hara was easy to talk to and went above and beyond in helping address challenges Laredo faced. Life changes forced me to take Laredo to another vet in his last years, but when Dr. O’Hara learned of Laredo’s passing, he sent a sweet hand-written sympathy note. It had been over 2 years since he’d seen my pup! (The vet that we saw for 2 years after leaving Falmouth did not send a card and also made the euthanasia process very uncomfortable and unprofessional.) I will always be thankful for Dr. O’Hara’s bedside manner and care of my boy.
Great care for our Golden Retrievers!...they enjoy going in and back out!...and all the pats and cookies in-between! Sebec's recent surgery April 13, 2021 with Dr. O'Hara went perfectly and he has fully recovered as expected..at 15 1/2 years of age. Thanks so much!
