After waiting 6 weeks for my referral appointment with Dr.Rodrigue I called today to make sure my appointment tomorrow was all set.LUCKILY I DID BECAUSE I WAS CHEERFULLY TOLD DR.YOUNG WAS READY!!!!!!.now I was referred to DR.Rodrigue.I many weeks ago called and made an appointment with. Yes Dr Rodrigue.Because I wanted to see DR.RODRIGUE
I was cheerfully told I could see Dr.Young tomorrow OR wait Another 7 weeks to see Dr Rodrigue.
This sounds a lot like bait and switch.Just maybe use a more well known Dr to boost a newer doctor.
BUT IT STINKS!!!!
Oh, as a bonus when I asked about a cancellation list so I could get in earlier I was told "we don't do that "

My experience has been wonderful. 11 days after my total hip ,I am almost pain-free. Dr Gomberg is so reassuring. The whole office is like that. I really felt that the whole team was on my side.

As a healthcare provider who is learning more and more everyday about the importance of empathy, compassion, and communication I am disappointed with how much this practice is lacking in all of that. I, myself, was not a patient at this practice but I was bringing a close friend of mine who does not fluently speak English to her appointments and every appointment was an absolute nightmare. I will say that one of the medical assistants does speak French and she did an excellent job of helping us. This review does not apply to her and I hope that she is compensated well for the hard work she does there. Other than her, the rest of the staff do not wish to accommodate to...read full review
