Love the workouts and the people here! Very knowledgeable team of trainers truly care about each individual's goals and well-being. Evan has managed to capture an all-star team that makes everyone feel comfortable to come as they are and set their own limits. No atmosphere of ego, just really well-balanced workouts that can be tailored to where you are. What a great community of people- Eliza's classes are actually a workout but somehow always end up being fun, even on days when you just manage to drag yourself there. EA fitness is full-service wellness program you can actually maintain through life.

My fiance and I both come here and we can’t recommend EA fitness enough. Eliza, Andrew, Evan, and Derek all do a phenomenal job. They are very knowledgeable, friendly, outgoing, always energetic, and genuinely caring. I wish we knew about them sooner. For the first time in my life, I look forward to working out. Sounds cheesy but it’s true! Thank you EA Fitness!! ?

EA is great! I got a lot out of a 4-week training program with Andrew. I had some musculoskeletal concerns and he set me up with the right exercises and listened and modified things as needed. I feel stronger and more confident working out.
