    EA Fitness is a wonderful community of like-minded individuals looking to improve their overall physical well-being through various and structured strength training programs. Camaraderie and connections are developed amongst the clients and trainers, and you are challenged to do your best! The hands-on owner of EA Fitness and the trainers are knowledgeable, motivating and inspire confidence in what they do. It is an inclusive and encouraging environment and a pleasure being part of the EA community!!

    EA Fitness is the perfect place for lifting weights, gaining strength and building confidence. The coaches are knowledgeable and patient. They’re also funny. When I’m having a motivation problem, at least one of them cracks a joke or tells me some pearl that gets me through. Also, EA is the perfect size, and that’s probably my favorite aspect of coming here as a woman over 50. Highly recommend.

    Evan and his team are great. They take care to make sure that each exercise is appropriate for your level of fitness. They motivate everyone to do what each person is capable of doing. There’s never any pressure and the results speak for themselves. I totally recommend EA Fitness and Performance.
