Octagon Cleaning and Restoration

We had a mold test last fall and it showed higher elevations of penicillin. We contracted with Octagon to do a remediation. After they were through, a repeat mold test showed that there was virtually nothing left. We were very pleased.

We had mold remediation work done in our attic. The Octagon crew worked very hard in the hot and cramped space. Everyday they spread plastic on the floor of the house where they walked to access the attic so they would not damage the floor. They cleaned up everyday before they left and the final cleanup was very thorough. The sheathing in the attic looked like new when they were done and tested negative for mold by an independent testing company. Time will tell if the mold will come back but as of now it looks great and we are pleased with the work.We found them to be more responsive to phone calls than to email.

Octagon did mold remediation, pulled out old insulation scrubbed all attic surfaces, sprayed mold killer, and reinsulated. They were incredibly polite, helpful, kept us informed all along the way. I would highly recommend !
