“Caostal has been dependable for deliveries and their prices are average with others in the area. The furnace service and electrician gentlemen were polite, neat, efficient and patient with all my questions. They service our heat system and they also installed the generator. I know they like many others are short of trained technicians and the delivery folks do not have an easy job in the really cold weather. It is nice to be able to get most services all in one place.“

“Sometimes, every time?, it is all about the service technician who arrives at your house. Mike arrived on time and diagnosed the trouble with our well tank. He knew it was a well tank service call so he had a new tank and all the parts already on his truck just in case he had to do a replacement. Our tank was over 20 years old so we knew it was probably a goner before he even arrived. Mike replaced the tank that day and did a great job- neat, curious and explained all that he did. Mike even did a small repair to the well cap after noticing it was loose. This was our first experience with Ray Plumbing and we will call them again if needed.“
