They did what they promised, when they promised, at the price they promised. The guys were neat, polite and patient with my thousand questions. I gave them a deposit and agreed to pay the balance in full on completion. When they finished I asked the gentleman to confirm the balance due so I could write them a check and he said oh no the office will bill you ..... they are trusting !! They have been helpful to take care of problems in a good time frame. We will positively use them on the future.

Sent a quick trained young man to do a trained person's job. Office charged for 5 hours of labor at$110 per hour while young man had to spend 2 hours searching for equipment he should have brought with him. He then blew up pressure control flooding basement. He spent an hour of more bailing out 5 gallon buckets with my help for a bit.Office would not reduce hourly charge of $110 per hour for flagrant "down time" billed. Will search for a different company in the future.

I'm giving this company three stars as the gentlemen that came to replace our pump were nice and did good work. Also, the owner himself was nice enough to call and discuss this with me so I do give them props for that. With that said. I have similar concerns to the other complaints regarding this company. Firstly, we were told on the phone that the cost was $90/hour. We are newlyweds who just bought our house and we both work seasonally, so in the winter money is rather tight. We also have a small well. When the company showed up there were two guys. One guy in particular seemed to be doing the majority of the work and we got the impression that one of them was training. They were here for a total of two hours(arriving at 9:03 and departing at 11:05, though the guys who did the job say otherwise). When they were finished we were handed a bill that was barely legible and nothing was itemized. Turns out, we were charged $175/hour for both guys. Understandable that both men would be paid, but why the difference between $90 and $85 an hour for the two guys when we were told that both of them were seasoned employees? In addition to that, they charged an HOUR at $175 for "travel". The owner told me it's 20 minutes each way to our house. I looked up their address, it's 15 mins at worst each way. I make the drive into town daily. So they rounded up a half hour at a price tag of a combined $175 an hour. Also, any company that sees fit to charge their customers that much for travel time for a thirty minute commute AND charges an additional half hour when they were here a whopping two minutes over two hours is not only not ethical but not trustworthy in my book. In that case they should be rounding down. At the end of the day, the receptionist gave us misinformation from the get go and they did apologize for that. The owner called us back and he was pleasant, and did send us a check a small portion of the travel time. In a whole, these guys did do great work, but should be more straightforward with their customers about the hourly rate and more fair when it comes to billing for travel time. Had we known it would be that expensive we would have gone with another company.
