David was great! I had a unexpected issue, I was able to call Monday morning and have a tech at my house within a few hours. David was polite, quick to address the issue and fixed our plumbing in record time while explaining the issue and solution. Would absolutely recommend Rooterman!

The historic storm of 12/17/23 to 12/18/23 left us without power and water intrusion into our basement the result of a buried and blocked perimeter drain outlet. Emergency contact with Rooter man of Eliot provided us with some comfort on how to handle the problem overnight with the promise if we called back in the morning they would schedule a visit to come out and investigate the problem. They did that and within 15 minutes found the buried drain outlet, unburied it and water was gushing out of it snd our basement. Very professional and effective would highly recommended them for water drainage issue.

So helpful during one of the most unfortunate experiences I ever had when the city sewer line backed up into my house. They cannot have been more helpful in getting the issue resolved, even came back and helped to make sure that all of the toilets and tubs and drains were operating. Could not recommend more!!!!
