This was amazing! Eric is very nice and very helpful! He fixed my network so my son's computer can access the internet and we have wifi in our basement. I needed help and expected to be waiting a while - he came right over, was super professional, set up everything! I would use this company in a second! High praise and so much gratitude, and he was super cool about all my barky dogs.
I suffered a Hard Dive crash. I contacted Eric to ask him to install my new Hard Drives. Not only did he install my new Drives but he also got all the files off my crashed drive onto the new drive. I would strongly recommend GigaBit Computers to anyone needing help with there computer, Eric was fantastic!
My 10 year old laptop refused to boot up. I am extremely grateful that Eric was able save my data, applications, and pictures and transfer all to my new Lenovo. Very professional and easy to work with. (BTW, he likes chocolate chip cookies.)
