“My overall experience has been very good. The service tech I have for my generator is great and is meticulous with his service. My only issue is I was not notified beforehand that I needed a new oil dip stick. I was called a week or so after having the head replaced on my generator and was told the tech was going to come by and swap out the dip stick that had been on order. What I took from the call was this was part of the 800.00 service I just had replacing the head or it was part of the 350.00 maintenance service I'd had only a few weeks prior to that. I was charged 130.00 to literally take out the old 30.00 dip stick and put the new one in. Paying for great service is one thing but this just seems a little off the charts. Once again, the service is great but I'd like to have been more aware on this issue.“
