I've been working with Pasha since July due to a back injury and working primarily on the pilates reformer. After one session I could feel relief and strength in my back and the following sessions built upon that strength. I lift a lot for my work and am on my feet all day. Now the huge freight door and standing all day don't tire me out. I am so thankful to Pasha and her guidance. I didn't know I could feel this great!

At Roots and Springs, Pasha is a joy and inspiration. She not only inspires me to get healthy, to move, to stretch - she also inspires a positive attitude toward the day. She is a gentle reminder that life is good and to enjoy as well as reach for it’s bounty. I would highly recommend Pasha as a personal trainer. It’s not just the body that needs strength and stretching but it’s a really, really good place to start.

I have so enjoyed my time with Pasha as my personal trainer. She is always attuned to where I am at with my body on any particular day, she checks in to see how things are challenging me, modifies accordingly, and gives me suggestions of things to do at home to keep my training going in between sessions. She is also so open and real about the things she struggles with personally which makes her so easy to relate to and have easy conversation with. She is also a wonderful group yoga instructor and involved in so many other facets of personal wellness.
