“My son and I have been going to Carol for our haircuts for several months now. I really like that Carol takes the time to understand what it is that the customer wants done with their hair, and asks questions every step of the way to make sure they are comfortable. I had left some roots and streaks of my natural hair during my last appointment, and with most hairstylists this poses a serious challenge to lighten without overlapping bleach onto the previously lightened pieces. Carol was such a trooper and managed to lighten all of my natural hair and bring me to a nearly flawless level 10. I maintained my curl pattern and my hair is still strong, shiny, and I have no breakage. I can't emphasize enough how important it is to go to a stylist with experience instead of putting your hair in the hands of young girls right out of cosmetology school. Carol always rocks my hair. I added a second picture to show the lift she achieved and the perfect platinum color against the snow. I did use Wella T18 at home to tone my hair, but she provided the perfect canvas to achieve my platinum hair goals. I have no doubt she's the best stylist in the area and thank you again Carol for putting up with me! ?“
