James and Whitney was very responsive and went above and beyond my expectations. They accommodated my needs and we're very professional. Devon the rep was very knowledgeable and stayed in contact throughout the whole process start to finish. Jay, the head foreman, was very friendly and knowledgeable about the work and made sure clean up was top notch. The roofers, were amazing as well. Showed up at 7am and started stripping the roof within 15mins after set up. I would recommend this group to anyone looking for a professional group to get the job done right and on time. We could not be happier with the siding work J&W did on our home. From the initial quote to working with the project manager assigned to the job they were nothing but professional. The entire process was seamless. The crew was amazing with how quickly they completed the job and the care they took in their work. At the end of the day I couldn't find as much as a nail to clean up off the lawn - they took care of everything. I have absolutely nothing to complain about. Everything got accomplished like clockwork. They arrived on time, shoveled the snow from a storm, cleared off the entire roof and put the new shingles on. They cleaned up the area making sure no nails or sharp oblects were left behind. They worked non-stop untill it got done, all in one day. The roof looks great. My wife and I couldn't be happier.
They also installed a 36ft gutter the next day, it was done in 90 minutes. Give James & Whitney Co a call, you won't regret it.
