The staff is so incredibly knowledgable and they are always willing to explain a process or a product in detail and answer my many questions. I love that they truly customize treatments and don’t ever try to sell you on other services that you don’t need or aren’t right for your specific skin. I have (had!) significant Melasma and started a custom ZO Skincare regimen recommended by Jill, and am AMAZED at the results. I had given up on trying to address it but I am so happy that I trusted them to try this program!! I also have CA do my lip injections (after a bad experience somewhere else) and was extremely cautious to try them again. Kim was able to determine what gave me the bad reaction and identified a product that would give me the results I was looking for. I felt safe and informed which is really important to me.
