“Absolutely love this office. Dr. Strickland takes care of both my cat AND my bird, and the entire team are compassionate, loving, and dedicated!“
“You can tell that the workers at the specialty clinic truly love animals. I am so grateful that we took my cat Nelson here because I left feeling so much less scared about our plan to treat his cancer. The oncologist Dr. Mason is honest, highly experienced, empathetic, and passionate about her work, and I am so thankful that we got a vet like her who seems to genuinely care about what she does. I feel secure knowing that she will be honest with us about his health, but I also feel relieved knowing she will make sure he gets the best care possible. All of the staff were also very sweet and compassionate :) I highly recommend this clinic if you are looking for the best care with your animal.“
“This place is great!!!!! Brought my cat in for what I thought was a dry skin problem they did a through exam and found she didn't gave her antibiotics and another medication and sent her on her way“
“I have been going to this vet for years, they are knowledgeable and always do their best for my animals.“
“I’ve taken two pets to Brackett St Vet and they have consistently provided great care for both animals. They respond to the animal’s individual needs with concern and professionalism. I feel like they see my pets as part of their family too. Great vet.“
“I have used Casco Bay for all of my furbabies :-) They have always done the very best in treatment. Pets are always treated with the best of care.“
“There's not a better place to bring your pet. Every person on the staff truly cares about each animal that comes through their door and you can feel it. The Dr. Is an incredible human being. I'm so grateful to Westbrook Animal Hospital. They don't just try to make money (actually really decently priced) and REALLY care!“
“Vets are nice, caring, and want the best for your pet. 25%off if you are on Medicare/Disability. Easy to get to. Adoption services, as well as a low cost clinic. Donations are accepted with great thanks. They do great follow up. A little hard to get in as they are very busy. A great choice for lower priced, quality pet care. Aftercare services are also available. Would love to see lots of donations toward up graded equipment, and training for staff so they can continue up to date care . Clean place, with very helpful staff.“
“Great Service, outstanding people. You can't ask for more. Every time I have visited, I am left impressed. Thank you Scarborough Animal Hospital for taking such good care of my pets and me, Will“
“My anxious, sweet MaineCoon is much more comfortable going to a "cats only" vet. They are the best in our experience of 18 rescue cats and one purebred. Easy to make appointments and consistently competent and friendly staff.“
“We just moved to South Portland from CO. Our dogs have been seeing the same veterinarian for the past 8 years and we were anticipating they were going to have a hard time going to a new vet. Dr. Rachel Terry was patient and understanding with the younger 9 month old pup and went through everything thoroughly with our 10 year old lab and took great care of him. I was able to leave there without them being nervous and they were very relaxed. It's nice to know we found our new veterinary so quickly and Dr. Terry, you are stuck with us now.“
“The waits are pretty long and the fees are expensive, but they saved my kitty's life. After our regular vet misdiagnosed her, we brought my sweet middle-aged cat here where they brought her back to health. Now, just a few days after she was about to die, she's at home and playing with her toys. She wouldn't be alive without them. I will say, they need more vets. From what I've come to understand, they may only have one actual vet there at a time, and vets that do specific testing are only there on certain days, so it may take hours to days to truly find what's wrong with your animal. Still, they didn't push us into surgeries do have official diagnoses. When it was pretty clear what was going on, they just treat the animals for that instead of trying to pressure owners into the extra testing. The fees are crazy expensive. We couldn't really afford it, but having my precious angel home and on the road to health is worth it. So, if you can't get into your regular vets and are having an emergency, from my family's experience, your animal is in good hands.“
“One of the most amazing places to come to. We are doing PT here for my dog that has suffered a spinal cord injury and underwent surgery. The compassion and love they show all of the people who walk through the door is truly amazing. I will always be thankful to have VRCCE as a part of our care team and if you’re considering using them, you will NOT regret it!“
