“John and his team replaced a very old furnace with a new Viessmann Combi. His bid came in lower than the two other companies I interviewed (significantly) and yet he used high quality materials (copper) and his work was absolutely meticulous. He also did some other small plumbing jobs at the house for no extra cost. The Viessmann went in only a week ago so I can't speak to reliability, but he was good to work with. I hesitated, a lot, (primarily because it's such an expensive and critical endeavor and I wanted to be SUPER sure of every aspect) but he patiently worked with my concerns and gave me all the detail I needed. Fast, competent and communicative. His two workers were also very pleasant to be around. I handled the removal of the old furnace and oil tank directly through the Dump Guys so I was left with a clean, orderly basement with gleaming copper pipes and a functioning furnace.“

“Andy and the crew at coastline plumbing are incredible! He installed a new hot water heater for me within 48 hours of reaching out. The heating tank he installed was cracked from the manufacturer, not his fault, when I reached out on a Friday evening at 8pm, he responded immediately and had it replaced by 8am on the following day, which happened to be a Saturday.

Can’t say I’ve ever experienced this good of service from a plumber before.
