“The entire staff (both at the front end reception area and medical staff) at MaineHealth Surgery center were wonderful. They were very attentive. I dealt with at least eight different staff members and all had great personalities and made sure that I was always aware of their roles and what was going on in terms of my procedure. I liked the fact that they were all playful and professional at the same time. This always helps to make for a more relaxed experience. I was also impressed with how quickly they got me in, prepped, and off to surgery. My surgeon, Dr. Lee, had a wonderful write up on the web site and I could tell from the first time that I met her for my pre-op visit that she was a caring and compassionate doctor that cared about her patients. She offers Covid testing in a timely manner as well which has saved us visits to busy urgent cares. She took on our young kiddo as well as has cared for him like I know she does her own. “I went to this place and they put 9 needles in my neck. Five stars! They were all very professional and explained my options, when to expect results, and a short primer on what the possible out comes are. More importantly, they laughed at all my jokes which is important for a person who uses humor as a coping mechanism. I would highly recommend them if you to need a fine needle biopsy of your thyroid... their needles and precision are the best.“

“My physician, Dr Smita Sonti has been voted best family practice doctor in Maine and manages the practice. Though I live over an hour away, I travel to Marina Point for her care and expertise. The practice is easily found on Route 1 in Scarborough. Other medical practitioners there are also excellent and very kind and compassionate.“

“This visit there was no wait time. I was seen right away. The doctor and nurses were professional and helpful. The only reason I didn't give five stars is because I wasn't given anything for my pain and the instructions to follow up with my doctor were both impossible and unneeded, as they are all part of the same Maine Health system.“

I was about to switch to another healthcare facility but then I had an appointment with Molly Lodigiani-she was incredible! She really listened, did not make me feel judged at all, and gave me a lot of great information as well as set up appointments at other facilities for me. Definitely go see her! (I’d give her specifically 5 stars, the 4 is because of Intermed in general).“
