I would 100% recommend Hometown Heat Pumps! Everyone was super friendly and answered any questions I had and made the rebate process super easy!! The install was smooth and easy and so far it works great and was just what we were hoping for in our home. Also a plus is Raymond was very friendly and also great with our dog Oakley! Hard to believe it's been a year since we installed the heatpump. I texted we needed to schedule our annual check-up and got a date and time less than a week from the first text. He was on time, worked quickly and efficiently with very little disturbance to us. He left the place clean and he explained what he did. He asked several times if we had any questions about the heatpump. All in all, a very pleasant experience. I'm glad we went with Hometown.

The team was super helpful, super knowledgeable and was so efficient from start to finish. Had my consultation wed and they came Monday for install! I couldn’t thank them enough! They are hard workers and strive to deliver excellent customer service! Even my dog Tank approved! ❤️
