Called after having no heat and no hot water, tech Phil and his partner came out within 20 minutes and were very helpful, also recommended a furnace cleaning which is already scheduled and on the books. Glad I called them! Thankful they could fit me in this morning!!

We tried four providers to get quotes for work we needed done, Osborne was the only one that responded !! Yes they are busy and it takes a while to get on their schedules, we understand that skilled trades people are in short supply and they cannot be everywhere instantly. They did what they promised, when they promised, at the price they promised. They were neat, polite and punctual and patient with my thousand questions. Can't ask for much more ! Positively will use them again. Thanks !

Osborne’s Plumbing in Bucksport is by far the very best in honesty, attention to detail, knowledge, promptness, and professionalism. We have used them for over two years to repair various plumbing problems in an apartment building. Absolutely no complaints from us or the tenants!
