I joined in January and it’s a wonderful gym. Allison and team and so encouraging and the classes are sized so they can make sure your form is correct. There are so many classes to choose from everyday that I can always make it work. A real gem of a business that cares about this community.
Wilcox has been a game changer for my overall health and wellbeing. The trainers are so supportive and hands on. There’s no judgment or pressure, just an overall positive community environment that’s so motivating, to help reach your health and fitness goals. It’s the best decision I’ve made and I cannot thank them enough for all their hard work to provide the best atmosphere, which so fun and rewarding! They have changed my life!
