The gym is 24 hours once you have your ID card to enter the building. The owner can also remotely open the door if there is a need. He's almost always around if you need anything. All the gym users are friendly and respectful. Be aware at this gym you always here plates clanging and banging, some people are peeking their own pump in the mirror with a shirt off, even people recording a set to monitor progress. This gym has an amazing culture that is top notch. If you come here, be respectful like everyone else.

This is an excellent gym, and exceeds many margins. I won’t argue that fact in regards to Ship City, but have to press one major caveat. Ship city is dangerous for light sensitive persons. Multiple ceiling lights hang above some oddly placed hanging fans. These fans produce a strobe-like effect in cetain areas of the gym where heavy and dangerous free-weights are intended to be used. I had my personal friend whom suffers from epilepsy point out how disoriented he felt in this zone. I can’t imagine how horrifying it would be for a gym goer to collapse while hoisting maybe hundreds of pounds of metal on their back.
