Rossignol's Hair Shoppe is a great spot with wonderful, fast, professional, and friendly service. It is incredibly friendly and good with kids and adults, using a genius plan for bringing in kids. The haircuts are great, with a perfect understanding of how to cut hair using sharp tools. Prices are just unheard of and so cheap. Great cuts and genius plan for bringing in kids (pay their age in dollars.) My 8 year old always gets excited when it's time for a cut. (The fish tank doesn't hurt in that aspect...)

Shelby is incredibly friendly and good at what she does. Her tools are sharp as hell and she has a perfect understanding of how to cut hair. Her prices are just unheard of, SO cheap. I will never go anywhere else for a haircut now that I've found her.Services: Buzz cut

Shelby is literally the only human in the entire world that I would willingly and happily give money in exchange for a haircut. Her effervescent personality makes the appointment time fly by, her skills are superb, and her prices are unbeatable. Do yourself a favor, never get your hair cut elsewhere again. Would rate higher if possible.
