“Teri and her team are top notch trainers. They are extremely kind and patient with our “teenage”pups. Every time we have a question on how to handle a behavioral problem, they come up with a solution that works!At school they keep them busy with training games, field trips to the store and if the weather is nice, sometimes they go to the beach!They are truly the best.“

“We were on vacation in Maine this summer (with our year old cat) and I noticed he was having trouble urinating. I know that this is a medical emergency for male cats, so I tried to find a vet (from our remote cottage on Small Point where phone/internet service isn't the greatest). The first vet I called in Bath was unable to help and suggested I take him to the emergency vet in Portland. I really didn't want to do that (I would have if it had ended up being the only option) and decided to make one more call to Bath-Brunswick Veterinary Associates. They were very kind and caring on the phone when I explained the situation, and squeezed us in for that day, an hour later! We took him in, and I was very impressed with how welcoming and compassionate all of the staff was! Even though we had to wait a while, which I completely understood, they got him right in and made decisions on how to proceed. When it looked like it was going to take even longer to get a urine sample and test results, the doctor, knowing we were on vacation, suggested that we leave and come back to pick him up at the end of the day. I can't say it enough, the doctor was incredibly kind and I knew that our cat was in the best hands he could possibly be in. They kept in touch with me throughout the day, and when we went back later that afternoon, the doctor had come up with a care plan for his urinary tract disease. The plan included prescription canned cat food, and they gave me what they had in stock. They had also given our cat fluids, which eventually "got things going" and he was able to urinate normally. We had no further issues I am so grateful for the care my cat received, at the last minute, from a veterinary office that he wasn't even a patient at! If we didn't live so far away, this would 100% be our regular vet. I can't recommend Bath-Brunswick Veterinary Associates enough, they care about every animal they see (while we were waiting I observed this over and over again as other clients came in to the office) and providing the best care possible. I would give 10 stars if that were an option!“

“Great experience for the dogs. They came back in good spirits and well balanced. Also Brown Dog Inn was able to keep them a few extra days when we fell ill and could not get back home on the original schedule. Awesome service!“
