From the initial contact to the finished installation, I had a 100% positive experience. Because I got several estimates, I could clearly see the difference in the expertise of the system designers. Each surveyed the spaces to be heated/cooled to recommend the size of the units required, assessed the electrical panel and wiring options, as well as the best placement of the outdoor units for both functionality and appearance. All of this is obviously critical. Travis was GREAT! He educated me on my heat pump in ways I never knew before. He was efficient, extremely knowledgeable, and pleasant to speak with. Because of him, I feel much more equipped in knowing how to use my pump.
