We’ve been using McLeod Ascanio for years and sadly the service has gotten worse and worse. The firm seems to mismanage its time such that they never have time to answer questions. They provide almost no actual tax guidance, and each year our returns are way off which causes thousands in unpaid taxes or refunds, along with government penalties. Their lack of attention to detail and poor time management has cost us thousands of dollars. I’ll be moving my business to another firm next season.
Matt Apgar has done an excellent job handling both my corporate taxes, as well as my personal taxes. He's always been available to answer any questions I have had, and provided thoughtful recommendations and guidance based on my specific situation.
