I have been with Downeast Energy for three *******. They also installed my new furnace last year. I have had 100% positive experiences from calling them with any questions to service calls at night. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I also like the online account manager.

This company is amazing. We have had a maintenance agreement with them for years and they have fixed our furnace at all hours of the night. Their repair technicians are excellent and I cannot thank them enough for giving us heat and hot water in the worst of times.

So hit or miss with this company. The service guys are great. The office person doesn't listen to what you are saying and is so patronizing. The prices are way too high. I will be looking for someone else this spring.
