Our system wasn't producing consistent hot water. Carl came the first day and it seemed to work. Same problem next day so he came back and fixed it. Very happy with Carl and the service. They were fast and efficient. Even on the day before Thanksgiving.

The awesome team from Dead River just wrapped up a week-long install at our Freeport home switching out our 30 year old oil burner and ancient oil tanks and moving us to a high efficiency propane burner. The job was complex and involved excavation and new piping, too for a sprawling house. From start to finish beginning with Mike Greve, Energy Advisor who specced the right solution for us, to Jason Rhodes and his team of Dale, Bob, Jeff, Dustin and Dylan everything went off without a hitch. I experienced nothing but 100% excellent service from start to finish! My MIL's heat went out in her home in Wiscassett and being in her 90's she left it with me to do the research on how to get her boiler replaced. I spoke to half a dozen different HVAC providers and had 3 of them come to her home to do an estimate. Of all of them, Mike Greives of Dead River was the only one who took the time to explain the pros and cons of oil vs propane and what was the best solution for this home and her situation.
