We were on vacation in Maine this summer (with our year old cat) and I noticed he was having trouble urinating. I know that this is a medical emergency for male cats, so I tried to find a vet (from our remote cottage on Small Point where phone/internet service isn't the greatest). The first vet I called in Bath was unable to help and suggested I take him to the emergency vet in Portland. I really didn't want to do that (I would have if it had ended up being the only option) and decided to make one more call to Bath-Brunswick Veterinary Associates. We first came to Bath Brunswick Veterinary in 2019 when it became time to put down our Doberman due to Dobie heart. At the time we were part time Mainers and didn’t have a vet in Maine. It was on a busy Saturday morning that I called the office and explained we weren’t clients and asked if they could help us. Without hesitation we were told to bring him in. Every staff member who interacted with Bo treated him as though they had known and loved him for years! They even made a paw print for us. Fantastic experience bringing our recently adopted pup in to have her eye checked out. We had originally booked time for 3 but they got us in sooner when we noticed it was getting worse. Dr. Quinn made all the info easy to understand and I already see an improvement. The entire staff was lovely. Thanks guys!
