“We had a serious leak in our basement. Regular plumber, who I had used for years, did not answer the phone or return our call. On the advice of a friend I called Collins who came right out. There was a defective part causing the leak. Collins did not have the correct part but were able to stop the leak temporarily until they got the correct part. Two days later they came with the correct part and corrected the situation. No issues since. The service guys were friendly and knew exactly what to do. I highly recommend them.
