“I received a massage as a birthday gift and was really looking forward to it. Unfortunately, the day before my appointment, the spa called to cancel. We rescheduled for about a month later, which was the only availability. However, just today, I received another cancellation call, again a day before the appointment, and was rescheduled for 12 days later. This experience has been frustrating and disappointing. Edited: A Body in Knead contacted us, and tried to make it right. Which was very kind. I did wind up able to have an appointment, oh it was so worth the wait! They really are wonderful and I am so happy I had the opportunity.“
