I booked my husband a massage here, and he had a great experience. We also had a top-notch customer service experience. My husband had accidentally forgot something in the massage room, and we didn’t realize until that evening. We called, and unfortunately they couldn’t find the item. Many days later, nearly two weeks, we had accepted that the item was gone forever, but they ended up texting saying they had found it! It had been weeks, they easily could’ve called it a loss, or even not remembered who had the missing item. We were so thankful, and will be utilizing this location for future massages. The massage was good, and the honesty and outreach were beyond what we could have asked for!
